HRH the Queen opens CBX 3 in Milton Keynes
HRH the Queen opened the new CBX 3 building in Milton Keynes as part of her tour of the city on November 23rd. Her Royal Highness amongst tight security spent 30 minutes touring the new collection of facilities that make up the new complex of buildings and meeting with local representatives, tenants and some surprised shoppers!
Goring Berry worked for Frontier Estates Limited to develop the CBX 3 office and retail scheme that provides 65,000 ft2 GIFA with 7,500 ft2 retail space. The scheme was nearing final completion as Her Royal Highness visited, much to the delight of Antony Wood, Goring Berry's Partner responsible for the scheme.
"This has been a great project to work with Frontier Estates on and to see Her Royal Highness in a new building that only a few months previously was very much just a construction site is credit to all those who worked hard to meet the deadline of her visit."
