In new buildings we are working towards achieving "Excellent" under the BREEAM standards. In our Affordable Housing Schemes we have for a number of years set quality standards for builders to achieve which surpass NHBC and Building Regulations requirements.

As a progressive Practice we are undertaking to reduce our own impact on the environment whilst carrying out our business through initiatives such as the website and e-alert service to help reduce our paper based communications.
